A lovely little studio in a good location in the old town of Nice, close to the tram. Well laid out, everything you need for a pleasant stay. Quality bedding. Nice welcome and many additional services on offer. Cleanliness was impeccable. Dogs are allowed, which was a plus for us as we were travelling with a small dog !

With a view on the Franciscan Convent, at the corner of the Saint François square, the fish market and 2 minutes from the Rosetti Cathedral, we welcome you at the edge of the Old Nice. Between the Place Garibaldi and Place Masséna, enjoy walks on the Promenade du Paillon in front of us, which connects the 2 squares.

The sea and the Promenade des Anglais are just a few minutes away on foot.

The access with the tramway is simple and fast for the main sites of Nice, the airport or the station.
The Palais des Congrès visible from our house is accessible in 3 minutes, as well as the Petit Marais Niçois with its charming streets, its antique shops and its trendy bars.
